WMK was founded by partners Gavi and Avi after recognising a growing gap in the property market. We saw too many landlords being limited by traditional letting models, increasing costs, and constantly changing regulations that often prevented properties from reaching their full potential. At the same time, guest expectations were evolving rapidly, with travellers looking for higher quality accommodation, better experiences, and more thoughtfully designed spaces that felt both comfortable and premium.
We created WMK to offer a more modern, hands on, and performance driven approach to property management. Our focus is on helping property owners transform their properties into high performing assets rather than ongoing liabilities through strategic positioning, premium presentation, and fully managed day to day operations.
